Using trauma-informed coaching techniques, I provide women who are over 45 and have ADHD or other “unseen disabilities” to gain a growth mindset, that will help them refine life skills, regain focus and organization and achieve their professional or life goals. As they release negative self-talk, assumptions, and limiting beliefs, they gain the empowerment and insight that they are capable, resilient, resourceful and whole women who have a disability not victims of that disability. Coaching and educational services are provided virtually by telephone or on-line.
