********************* is my consultant working with me on my plan and it is stress free. When I fell on hard times during my plan Javid was quick to respond and offer solutions. He's a real "****** on the spot" kind of consultant. He's very passionate with cutomer service and I'm blessed to have him as my "Debt resolution point man". Also within the first two months they settled my Discover account with a 70% reduction while they quoted me at 50%, so as I can see now they under promised and over delivered saving me even more than anticipated. They saved me that extra 20% and I should now finish my program 2-5 months early. I'm looking forward to finally resolving my debt and I'm very grateful because I know ***** will be with me every step of the way!

Representatives are very knowledgeable in their job and explain step by step. ******* I dealt with ********* answered all my questions was extremely polite, put my mind at ease during this difficult time. She was excellent and should be acknowledged.

***************************** was extremely helpful and professional to me this evening.I am not much for technology and she helped me send a photo of important paperwork to GRT.She was very patient with me and I appreciate it very much.I asked her if I could speak with her boss, and she sent this to give a review! She is awesome at what she does, and quite frankly deserves a raise, you are lucky to have her!!!!

If you have debt to settle try to do it yourself or look for another company. This company is terrible and once they have you as a customer they dont work your files properly. I had to negotiate my own accounts to avoid going to court while they had my accounts. They also dropped the ball and didnt make a payment on time which resulted in my account going into default. I fired them and am currently handling my accounts on my own.

I have been working with GRT Financial and so far, have been satisfied. They tell you up front that your credit will take a hit. That is obvious as you will not be paying the monthly payments any longer while they negotiate settlements on your behalf. It's painful but so is the heavy debt burden I was trying to resolve.Specifically, ********* has been very responsive to my needs and questions and is able to talk me off the ledge! It's been a pleasure working with her and I hope to continue that way. I am only at the beginning of the process but am hopeful that it will solve my issues and put me on a path to financial stability.

This company will charge you a lot of money, to ruin your credit ! I hired GRT Financial to represent me in August 2023 with five creditors that i had high balances with. A *********************** employee of theirs was assigned to be my contact person in charge of my file and accounts. i filled out forms giving GRT powers of attorney for all matters. I was told to stop making payments to the accounts included in consolidation.. GRT started withdrawing $509. From my checking account the first of each month. They were to contact my creditors - inform them that they would be working on my behalf to pay these accounts off.. i was told by GRT that my credit was going to take a small hit but that my credit score would go back up. GRT was going to call me and give me updates as well they would be keeping track of my balances along the way. I never heard from anyone !! #1. I was deeply concerned about that -even more concerned after i called my creditors and none of them had been contacted or received any calls from GRT. I started reaching out by phone to talk to *************. Everytime i called i was told that she was on another line, that all employees worked together and that person tried to answer my questions. I got the RUN AROUND each time I call until the 4th call i was told not to ask for ************* anymore - i had a new contact person - a ms ******* .she did call once and left a message. honestly i never did talk to her, I WAS FREAKING OUT MY OTHER CREDITORS THAT WERE NOT PART OF THIS CONSOLIDATION- ALL STARTED SENDING ME LETTERS -REDUCING MY CREDIT LIMITS * DRASTICALLY. $8,500. Line down to $800. $2,500 down to %540. MY CREDIT SCORE WAS 760 when i started with GRT FINANCIAL -TODAY MY CREDIT IS RUINED AND MY SCORE IS 510 .I called freaking out because i could not afford to pay my bills ! I am disabled - i get a check from disability at the beginning of the month for $1,500 They took $509. I got behind on my home owners dues.. my HOA was about to put a lien forclose HELP
