Installers came to hang a door and adjust an existing door. Installer broke door handle. Installer profusely apologized in front of several others at my home, including snother team of contractors. He then tried to repair door k*** with parts from a k*** on his truck. He thought he had it working. He left and next morning I got locked out. Owner, ****, first offered to come repair. However, upon learning I was unhappy and left dissatisfied reviews, he stated the k*** was broke and that he was invoicing me and putting a mechanics lein on my house. I want the broken k*** fixed and I will pay in full. The handle was already on door and working without flaw. Please see times in photos depicting initial phone call vs retaliation.
