    I attended this eye doctor on 07/12/2022 for an updated exam and to order contact lenses. I paid for both the exam and lenses, and was told I would get a phone call in about a week when the contacts were ready to be picked up.A little over a week later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. No answer, no answering machine. I then started calling every day with the same results. About a week or so later, I went to the physical building and knocked. Nothing. I have yet to hear a peep from this business in any capacity. Rumors are that they have closed their doors for good. If that is the case, they should not have taken me on as a new patient.I cannot get a copy of my prescription to take to another eye doctor to order contacts, nor did I ever receive the contacts I did pay for. I currently have a pending chargeback on my credit card.
