Refund and Exchange Policy

Testing:

1. A deposit is required at the time of scheduling. 
2. The deposit is not refundable if the test is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
3. There is a rescheduling fee in the amount of the deposit, and does not count toward the balance owed.
4. The deposit counts toward the balance owed for the test.
5. The remaining balance is due before the test starts.
6. There is no refund for a test failure, including a mechanical failure.
7. No-shows will not be issued a refund, and a new deposit must be made to schedule another test.
8. We accept cash, check, and Visa or Master Card.

Training:

160 hour Course: Students who withdraw before the first 40 hours of instruction will be refunded $2500. Students who withdraw after 40 hours, but before 80 hours of instruction, will be refunded $1500. No refunds will be issued to students who withdraw after 80 hours of instruction.

80-hr Course (including School Bus): Students who withdraw before 40 hours of instruction will be refunded $500 ($200 for School Bus). No refunds will be issued to students who withdraw after 40 hours of instruction.

All other courses: No refunds will be issued to students who withdraw after beginning ANY instruction.
