    Mattress Sets & Bedding:
    All bedding products,
    mattresses, and mattress sets are non-refundable. If you have an issue
    with the comfort of your mattress set within 15 days of delivery a 20%
    restocking fee applies and you may upgrade to a different mattress. Any
    returned mattresses or bedding must be free of spills stains or any
    damage.

    Custom & Special Orders:

    Require a 50% deposit and full payment before shipping. Orders can be
    canceled within 72 hours of the sale with a full refund. After 72 hours
    cancellation will result in a 20% restocking fee an the remainder of the
    deposit will be refunded. Orders that are paid in full and are
    delivered or in transit are non refundable.

    Stock Items:

    Stock Items are refundable for 15 days after delivery a 20% restocking
    fee applies. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in
    original packing materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping
    charges.

    Clearance, Floor Sample, and As Is Items:
    Items are non-refundable, all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage)
