"Terrible company to rent/lease from, we rented for 3 yrs and this company will nickel and dime you on the way out down to charging per oil stain in the driveway or each nail hole,floors, paint, carpet, pretty much try to charge you to get the house ready for next tenants as if there will be no wear and tear, the oil stains probably came from the 15 different "inspectors" that came every 3 months to do a check and take pictures of everything and never mentioned any issues, actually they would normally tell us we keep our place nicer than any others. This company recently changed names for I can only imagine what reasons smh this is just a heads up to anyone trying to deal with this leasing agency." ... Read full review
