-Provide vaccination evidence on annual basis for each pet
-Provide veterinary contact information
-Provide pet's breed, name, age, weight, medical conditions, special needs (injuries, surgeries, seizures, blindness, medications, hearing deficits...)
-Inform groomer if pet has been skunked or has ticks. We have special end of the day appointments/protocols to remedy those issues. We must completely sanitize/deodorize/clear infestations in grooming van overnight.
