Martinos exceeded our expectations! The owner came to meet with us, was exceptionally polite and gave us our options and understood completely what we wanted. When work began the team was extremely professional and did amazing work. There was no surprises and nothing was done without our knowledge. They went above and beyond when some water damage issues brought in some unexpected cost and some other electrical issues. They explained what our options were and worked with us to find the best and yet most inexpensive solution to fix it. We will most definitely use Martino for any future home improvements! They have gained a life long client!! Thank you so much for the amazing work!!

In response to my request for a vinyl siding repair, Martino Home Improvements sent ***. After answering all of my questions, he proceeded and completed the repair. In addition to his competency in performing the repair, he was friendly, polite and courteous. From beginning to end, the process was seamless and the workmanship was what I expected. I will definitely be contacting them for my future home improvement needs.

Wouldn't recommend for concrete work. Pitting at side of sidewalk, gaps in cement at base of walk and patio, some uneven cement surfaces and some uneven broom finish with one section applied in a different direction on the patio, cuts in cement not neatly finished. Construction/cement expert gave them B (-)rating on finishes as "sloppy" but did state foundation was done correctly. One worker defensive when asked why he removed broom finish and border from porch without first asking if he could deviate from the contract; worker threatened to quit but did reluctantly finish the cuts. Martino initially defensive when reviewed the work even though he observed how framing not done on porch with crumbling, uneven edges-just the nature of cement; no comment why broom finish and border removed from porch without consent and why uneven broom finishes on the patio; no comment on the porch not being at it's original height; said pitting didn't need to be fixed that I was being *****. I must have caused his employee to act a certain way. Conceded to have top soil put around uneven edges of walk, patio, porch redone to appropriate height and with appropriate finishes after I took a forceful stance. One of his employees sanded the porch threshold and he told me to paid him directly for the work outside of the contract. Copy of check made out to their employee mailed to Martino Home Improvement-no response so must be standard procedure that employees can make side money on their jobs. Some damage to porch post and manufactures paint on storm door which I repaired. Office staff did work well to get materials condo association requested in order to approve the work and did keep the schedule moving until completion.

So glad I went with Martino and not a smaller outfit. The office staff was friendly and accommodating and I got an estimate set up before other companies even called back. Was able to invest more in my roof because they have financing and you NEVER wanna skimp on your roof! This isn't some guy and his crew. Total professionals even when I was hovering during cleanup. I always seem to get a wheel track in my lawn or a flower bed destroyed, etc. Etc. when I had other work done. Not the case here. Professionals through and through. I'd make an appointment soon, because I know all my neighbors took their info ; ) Looks beautiful, I KNOW this boosted the value of my home.

They were great with communication and always in contact to make sure that the job got done the right way. I really like how they have their system set up when dealing with customers.

I was in bad need of a new roof. Martino was quick to respond, came in at a great price, and delivered an even better service. My neighbors had their roof done by another company and I found debris in my yard for months! Not the case with Martino! I could not believe how fast and efficiently the team worked, thank you!

After using Martino's around 10years ago to fix some gutter damage from an ice storm I've been going back to them ever since. I got a new concrete driveway around 3 or 4 years ago. They even called and stopped by to make sure it was holding up right before the pandemic hit. best service I've had anywhere hands down.

DO NOT USE MARTINO ENTERPRISE. They removed my roof and it started raining. They ran into my garage and told me they were leaving. They never covered the roof--the rain came through the roof,ceiling and lights. Also, they left nails in my air conditioner,broke outside light, and much more. I complained and they sent some clowns over and starting painting my ceiling green. NO KIDDING When I complained to my credit card company that went on for months. Martino put a lien on my house even though they were paid. THAT HOW NASTY THEY ARE. There is a laundry list of problems they caused, but please find someone else.

Put on a new roof. Crew arrived on time, worked professionally, found rotten wood and repaired. Good communication throughout the project. Cleaned up thoroughly when done. Completed in one day as promised.
