On 9/7/23, Big Lakes lawncare did damage to the lower front edge of our manufactured home during their weekly mowing of our lawn provided through our association at ***************** in Chesterfield, ********. We notified our office manager via email with photographs on 9/11/23, who in turn emailed **** at Big Lakes and was told repairs are addressed every Friday. On 9/25/23 we emailed Pinecrest once again, with photos, of the unfavorable repair that occurred, without our knowledge. The existing repair is unacceptable and the metal frame of the bottom portion of our siding is quite bent. We were never notified or contacted that they were even here. If so, we would have had the opportunity to inspect the work while the repair was in progress. Pinecrest once again emailed us that our email with photos were sent to **** at Big Lakes. Throughout the month of October we have made numerous calls to the Big Lakes Offices reporting that the damage is still not repaired--speaking with office staff and leaving messages at extension #** directly to manager ****. As of today, 10/25/23 are inquiries have been unanswered. We are worried with incoming wet, cold weather, that the damages will worsen. We are retired, on a very limited income, and cannot have any unforseen future expenses if we ever choose to sell our property. Therefore, we need communication from Big Lakes and the repairs to be done now.
