    The dress I got is not what I ordered. Colors are way off. It's pose to be a bright vibrant dress this is very dull. The material isn't the same. The way they sewed it doesn't match the picture. The quality is like a child's play princess dress from walmart!!!! I wish I could show pictures.

    This company Items are not what is being advertised when purchase, when you request a return and refund Xpluswear is refunding your monies to an account ( Pacypay) which is a fraudulent account. Xpluswear will not refund your money to the card use at time of purchase.. please do not use/ order from this site

    They are selling items that do not look nothing like the advertisement photo. They won't give a full refund. I spent $65.00 & they offered me $17.00 back that's not an option wasted my money on a knock off dress they made out crafts in the basement DO NOT BUY FROM XPLUSWEAR IT'S A SCAM

    I place a order for clothing and never received I have a chain of emails which I tried to get a refund. All they give is excuses about delay of refund. I have been more than patient with them. I want my money back never received items ordered.

    The quality of your clothing is not what appears on the website. I received two dresses, and the quality was horrible. Your return process has many barriers and is not honorable. When I received the items, I tried to return them immediately, and there were many steps. Do not buy clothes from them.

    I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their return policy is extremely poor. Not only are their products cheap, but they also require you to pay for the return shipping in order to receive a refund. Consider this as a warning.
    It has been weeks since I returned the item with tracking, and even after emailing them, I informed them that the return invoice sheet did not include a shipping label. After they received the product, they emailed me stating that they will not reimburse my shipping cost and will only refund a percentage of the product's cost. The item was not taken out of the shipping package. Their customer service, products, and return policies are all absolutely terrible.

    I purchased 2 dresses from XPluswear. The dresses I purchased were buy one get one free, with the use of a "bogo" coupon. I ordered 2 of the same dress and was charged for both. I emailed then, informing them of the error they said that it would take 14 days but the money would be returned yo my card. I received the dresses and they are of extremely poor quality. I emailed them and let them know that I was not satisficed with the merchandise and requested a refund. I was sent an offer to reimburse me 30% of the cost of my original order and $70 of store credit. I paid them $141.98 for the dresses'. I let them know that the offer was unacceptable and I would return the dresses, pay for the shipping of the return and I expected a 100% refund. They no longer respond to my inquiries .

    I ordered from this company and have been waiting for 3 months. They said my items were delivered and I never received it. Then promised to resend it 2nd time still no delivery. I must admit they did respond to me when I ask for updated status on my packages. Each time they asked for me to be patient. However I have been patient for 3 months. Now they are telling me I cannot get a full refund I'm only going to get 70 percent of my money. This company should not be allowed to be in business. This is not fair I am a senior citizen and on a fixed and can't afford to be scammed like this.
