- Payment methods
- If payment of full tuition is not an option, we have a variety of funding options to fit the needs of most students – including monthly payment plans and some federal grant funding. Please contact us for more details.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Program Cancellation and Refund Policy: Students have the right to cancel their enrollment agreement entirely either prior to or up to 21 days after the program start date. When written notice of program cancellation is received, a 100% refund will be issued for any tuition and fees paid to date. The written notice must be sent with a date (either in electronic format or postmarked and mailed) on or before the 21st day after official start date. Before issuing any refund, all program materials and supplies sent must be returned, as set forth in section 2 below. Students are responsible for all shipping costs to return materials and have 30 days to return MedCerts materials. If materials are not received within 30 days of Cancellation, the refund is considered void and will not be issued. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following MedCerts' receipt of all returned program materials and supplies.
Materials: Prior to receiving any refund as outlined above, students must first return all program materials and supplies (including, but not limited to, laptops) received from MedCerts. They must return all program materials and supplies (including, but not limited to, laptops) at personal expense, insured and tracked through the carrier. Please pack all returned materials carefully to prevent damage. After returning all program materials and supplies to MedCerts, students also agree to destroy all copies (downloaded, backup, printed and/or written) they may have.
Termination: If a student cancels or withdraws under this section, enrollment with MedCerts is terminated and they may not transfer program materials, supplies, or enrollment to any other person.

"Great certification programs, Love that they allow you tow work through them at your own pace but they also still give you some deadlines to keep that structure to make sure you are hitting your goals. If you do not have a laptop they have a loaner laptop program which is awesome !"
