Refund and Exchange Policy
Shampoos, conditioners, sprays and gels may be returned within 5 business days with receipt. Grooms are non refundable after 5 days. Grooms are subject to a maximum of 50% refund of total charge. Grooms may not be refund in the event of a shave down due to matting, or if there is a domestic disagreement on the clip. Grooms will be redone and /or fixed if there is dissatisfaction, but must be done so within 5 days of the original appointment
