    They took on my work comp case and told me it was submitted in June and that I would be notified about a hearing in 3-6 weeks. At approximately 8 weeks I was told the state was behind processing. 3 months later after many ignored phone calls and messages, I called the state to find out they never submitted it. Called attorney back and was told it was submitted the end of August. So that was another lie. Now my statute of limitations is up and I've been screwed out of 2 lawsuits they were supposedly handling for me.
