    Gerber Life changed their process to sign in online so that I can pay my REMOVEDlife insurance policy & loans to 2 step, so the phone number they try to text is disconnected. I simply want to get a new password and sign on so I can pay on my policies & loans. It is impossible and they accuse REMOVEDdaughter of being crooks. I've literally paid on these 2 policies for 30 years! If I don't pay on the loans tomorrow, the policies will cancel.

    We were able to reach out to REMOVEDon January 28, 2026,during that conversation we were able to correct the information so that the verification codes would be received. However, at that time we were unable to confirm that this resolved all concerns with being able to access her policies online. We have unsuccessfully attempted to reach out as a follow up to ensure that all concerns have been addressed and encourage her to contact us if they have not.
