    We requested at home nail cutting service from Elite Podiatry for my elderly parents in their mid-90's. An invoice arrived two months after the second visit with an additional charge above and beyond what ******** was paying and what they quoted when the service was initially contracted. When calling to question this invoice, two of their office staff members said they would assist and then they knowingly hung on me. When I called back to find out why I was disconnected, one had conveniently stepped out of the office and the other was just not available. It seemed like a call center where you never got the same person twice. The first red flag should have been when the Dr. came out to cut my parents toe nails and was so rough that my mother had an infection on her big toe for two weeks following that. My experience is that this company will do what it can to take advantage of the elderly and cash in on their ******** benefits. Their customer service is AWFUL.
