    "A COMPLETELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED I WOULD GET THIS KIND OF TREATMENT FROM THIS REMOVED.FIRST IT WAS HARD TO FIND THE REMOVEDI WAS ORIGINALLY LOOKING FOR A HUGE DEALERSHIP WITH A BUNCH OF CAR THERE, THIS WAS NOT THE REMOVEDTHIS REMOVEDWAS LOCATED IN A STRIP MALL WITH JUST A FEW CAR IN FRONT OF IT, WE I WALKED IN I WAS INSTANTLY GREETED BY A LADY NAMED REMOVEDAND SHE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, SHE MADE ME FEEL EXTREMELY AT EASE ABOUT THE PROCESS, ON THIER SIGN IT SAID DEALERSHIP EXPRESS, WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF BUT AT THIS POINT WOULD ONLY WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM ONE, I WAS APPROVE FOR MY 2021 REMOVEDROGUE, A BEAUTY MAY I ADD." ...     "This place is HORRIBLE I worked with REMOVEDand REMOVEDcalled and text me telling me I was approved not pre approved for a vehicle I get there after my dhs work gives them access to $5000 for a down payment they then stops answering the phone finally I called I guess whats REMOVEDnumber he asks me how I get the number as if its not the number connected to their business on REMOVEDfinally I speak to REMOVEDshe had me drive 1 hour to their place of business sit there for 4 hours try to put me in something other than what I sign paperwork for REMOVEDcomes out his office hostile with bad energy telling REMOVEDto wrap the other customers 6 hour process up finally its my turn and I receive a text message about a car I never knew anything about REMOVEDbrings the car out trying to convince me to get the vehicle after I had already told REMOVEDthats not what I signed for I am not taking that I told them I was leaving REMOVEDthen comes out saying all this jibber jabber the only thing that made any type of sense was he didnt have a lender at 9/10 at night but he promised me that he would have the car for me today and apologizing and I left Today gets here they stopped answering my phone calls and sent a text saying as they get updates they will notify me I asked for a corporate number no response still no vehicle." ...
