Wallpaper - before I ordered I did a live chat with their customer service because I found the wording on the website confusing (priced single/sold double) and wanted to make sure I ordered the correct amount the first time. I measured 4 single rolls and when I asked if by ordering 2 rolls that would be enough was told yes. Well, it wasn't and when I reached out for some type of resolution for my inconvenience and misinformation. I wasn't treated well. I was told they would look for the chat and get back to me. Even if they found the chat, and felt I was incorrect which I'm sure they will say, I, the customer, interpreted what YOUR customer service person said. YOU will think it's clear because YOU wrote the wording and it being my first time ordering from you did not understand clearly. If they respond to this and say they found the chat, that is news to me as well. Well, no one got back to me and I ordered the roll I needed. They know you can't do anything but order because you need/want the paper. The rolls I received were also called double rolls but if you go by square footage, they are single. So, I had to order one more. I worked in a wallpaper shop for year and know how to measure. I have also ordered from other shops and got the roll amount correct. This is now going on a month me trying to just get the right amount of rolls. I did my part the first time and reached out just so this wouldn't happen. I just feel they are not very clear with all of this on the web site. I totally understand mistakes are made but when you flaunt a 100% customer satisfaction and the above happens, I don't see how you can claim that. Your customer service people were rude, I had to get 3 shipments for the correct amount and paid full price for all of it. WILL NEVER do business or recommend them.
