I don't know where I would be right now if it was not for Total Life Changes!! I've been a part of this company since 2015, lost over 70 lbs., and gained a whole new way of life. Thank you, ************************* for creating a company that can help change families, one cup of tea at a time. TLC is a life changing company with great opportunities and amazing products- it is NOT A SCAM. NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME - it is a legitimate multi-level marketing company. If you actually read the BBB ratings youll see that all the low ratings are from the pandemic talking about bad shipping and bad customer Service- when they were UNDERSTAFFED - this is an AMAZING company - a lot of people dont put in the work to understand the abundance and opportunities with TLC!!!Review from Michelle H

I placed an order and when I received the delivered product it wasnt in the package and the package wasnt never sealed Ive been calling almost a week and no one contacted me and I also emailed them and no response how do you sell products and you cant call them it always say we cant take your call right now leave your name and a brief message and we get back with you that didnt have in this case because its been almost a week and no response yet

We apologize that this has been the experience of the customer however, upon researching the review, we discovered that the customer may have requested two product samples directly from a Life Changer. The Life Changer then used "sample credits" to place the orders within our system. We belive the customer was reaching out to the Life Changer and not to Total Life Changes customer support. Without specific information, such as an order number, it was difficult to determine where the samples were ordered from. However, we also have determined that on the day the review was submitted, two replacement sample orders were sent to the customer. ********************** values customer service greatly and we always encourage customers to contact us directly with any issues they may have with orders or deliveries.Review from Chante W.

They suspended my account for a charge back that I know nothing about. I have been with TLC for quite a while, and I actually started to grow. I lost 80lbs on the products, and my customers were growing exponentially. I am no longer with them because they want me to pay over $300 to restore my account. I am very disappointed and I will not be referring anyone else. I will seek another leading product that is beneficial that I can support and grow with, that my supporters will enjoy and grow to love!Review from Katina D.

Thank you for the assume products I join a competition and I have sent email for them. I did t win because didn’t post daily. Thanks for getting back to me I lost 24 lbs and have lost so much more! The products are awesome Thanks for letting me know I greatly appreciate it.
