I had a seamless transaction with First National! They have been sending me notices for years now and this time around, I was able to negotiate a bit higher price and was very happy with the process! I would definitely recommend them!

************************* went above and beyond expectations to facilitate the sale of a land contract / note receivable. This transaction entailed many unexpected challenges that could have derailed the process - other firms I contacted either withdrew or lowered their offers due to these challenges. ******** took and / or returned my calls in a timely manner and provided honest feedback on the status of the process and what needed to be done. Great experience with First National Acceptance **** and our **** ********************** was top notch. He was very prompt with all his communication, and was very friendly and professional. The whole transaction went very smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend First Nat'l. if you are trying to sell your land contract. ***** and ****** were fantastic to work with on the sale of our note payments. They found a good option that worked well for our needs and did not try to push anything on us that was unfavorable to our situation. We even needed to fix some title work in the process and they had it completed quickly and accurately with little effort needed by me. In all, we were able to close our process in just a little over 30 days. Would definitely work with these folks in the future!First National Acceptance Company

I had been receiving letters from First National for years but never called them before. On Nov 28 I filled out the online form. Got an offer the same day from ********. Closed on Dec. 22 and received the wire on Dec. 23. They had a mobile notary come out to my apartment so I actually never had to even go to a title company. Definitely recommend these folks.First National Acceptance Company
