    "REMOVEDhas 2 local employees that have served our condo association well; the California owner, however, and his accounting team (located in REMOVED) have performed seriously inadequately. That "team" has inaccurately communicated with homeowners with respect to payment deadlines and other matters, sometimes without the REMOVEDwithdrawn homeowner payment from credit cards on file without authority (mistakenly, not criminally); provided nearly unintelligible and inaccurate financial statements; recorded financial transactions in the wrong accounts; neglected to create simple and clear financial statements the Board requested; and otherwise served the association significantly below expectations." ...
