STORE POLICY: All Sales Final. No Returns. No Refunds. Exchange Only if defective and accompanied by original receipt. Customers are encouraged to and responsible for inspecting purchases before leaving the store.
EXCHANGES: Exchanged are allowed on new and used items within 3 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on these items. Original receipt is required and item must be in original condition and include all accessories.
WARRANTY: All used items are sold as is. Used computers computers are sold with a 90 day warranty which specifically excludes damages caused by software viruses and physical damage. All other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. Please reference our complete terms and conditions online. Many new items that are sold come with a manufacturer's warranty. For specific information, please contact the manufacturer directly. Products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident, modification, or have been soldered, altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested are excluded from any warranty.
COMPUTER REPAIRS: Software carries no warranties after leaving the premises. All computers must be picked up within 30 DAYS, otherwise the computer will become the property of All About Technology and subject to disposal.
LAYAWAY: Layaway requires a deposit of 25% of the purchase price to hold the item. Items will be held for a period of 60 DAYS. If balance is not paid in full in the 60 day period, deposit will be forfeited.
