1 starThe quality of the windows had poor workmanship with overflow on the weld lines. The workmanship of the installation was poor. While they offered to come out and fix the issues, it took a few weeks to get someone to my house. When the repair person came, they did not bring a ladder as they were not aware of the windows up high, so they were unable to do all the windows. Then it is another 2-week wait for them to come back again. While I appreciate that they are trying to correct the issues, it is very much an inconvenience having to wait for the repairs when there should not have needed to be repairs. We had also requested 4 windows to be trimmed out when they came to do the repair, but the person was not aware of this either, so this is not done.

1 starTerrible installation process!!!! 2 man Crew Only!!! Window's & Sliding Doors didn't Fit Correctly!!!!! Large Gap Above All items had approx 2+ inches of Gap. . Installer Removed Above Wood Framing that was Never Torn Out in 2 Prior Windows installation by Wallside Windows. Their Windows Fitted as Measured.Window World Detroit

5 starsI am totally pleased with your windows and especially the service men. ******* and (I think) ***. Both worked very well together! They both paid close attention to detail, and very good workmanship! I'm a bit fussy about quality of work, and they both did a beautiful job! I would truly recommend Window World!
