      Binsons is a medical supplier providing DME for my CPAP machine. I recently recieved a new machine due the age of my old machine no longer being supported. After receiving the machine, and during the study, they used a heated CPAP hose. This worked great and was written into the prescription. After multiple requests to order supplies/ binsons failed to ship my materials. Finally after complaining my items were shipped. However, they did not send the heated CPAP hose. I ha been trying to return the house and get the correct hose but binsons has failed to: answer my email, answer my phone calls, return my voicemails, or to be open during advertised hours for me to return the item to their store.

      I have a 3 wheel mobility scooter. I received the scooter from Binsons Medical store in July 2023. On March 8th 2024 I brought it into ****** because it kept shutting off on me. Im handicapped and rely solely on my scooter to get my mail, take out my trash and join in the community room for activities. I Do Not take the scooter outside. On April 4th, 2024 they replace the battery. On June 14, 2024 I took it in again to ****** because it was still shutting off on me. On July 8, 2024 they replaced the motor mount thinking that was causing the problem. On July 19 I took it back to Binsons because it was still shutting down. ***** the service tech determined there was a short in the wiring. It took Binson ************************************************************ On. Aug 1st Binson schedule me to take my scooter into **********. Which I was unaware of because Id been taking it to the Southgate, Mi store. On. Sep 25th, 2024 ***** replace the wiring. I got it home and it starting to make a noise. I took it in again on Oct 15 and one of the wires were rubbing on the front tire. I took it in on Oct 15 so the wire could be held up with a zip tie. It didnt hold. I spoke to the director on October 22, 2024. She refuses to replace the scooter or fix the present issue. I have been very patients with the issues and this scooter. It takes weeks to get in and weeks to get parts . 3/8, 4/5! 6/14, 7/8, 7/19, 8/1, 8/9, 9/25 and 10/15 are all the dates Ive had to pay someone to help me get it to Binsons. 9 times. Now they are not taking my calls and the manufacture said I have to deal with ******. I have no scooter to get around in and now they are refusing to help me. My health insurance to me that there was a 5 year warranty and ****** is telling me my warranty rain out in July. I just want my scooter fixed so I ca; use it in the building I live in.

      I have Binsons as an incontinence provider. I received faulty products. I called to get replacement. They said they delivered my oder over a week ago and I would have to call manufacturer. Manufacturer says I don't have an account with them and ****** should call. 1st of all wouldn't Binsons be representing them since they sell their products? 2nd. The faulty products weren't used right off. I'm not opening every product as soon as I get it. That leaves the product exposed to dirt etc. They were rude when I addressed the fact that they were representative of the products they sell.so. now I'm short on product and no where to turn... they have awful business practices extremely bad for the consumer!!!!

      This company has still not supplied me with a replacement machine (CPAP). it is covered by insurance and I ***** provided all necessary documentation. They have admitted to failing to follow up as they had promised. And they actually hung up on me last time I called. I am still waiting for a functioning machine after 6 months.

      Diabetic and my doctor ordered me some shoes I drop the prescription off in February 2023 to ****** on what were in ******* they told me that they had to contact my dietitian OK I waited and waited I have not heard anything Ill call my dietitian and they told me that they sent all the chart notes over to ******************** has had my prescription and screwed me royally First time that ****** Health messed me up I am trying to be patient they told me they were going to contact me Im not heard anything from them and I know it doesnt take six months to get an answer Im trying to find out where my shoes are or if theyre going to honor my doctors prescription for services I will never use them again

      I was discharged from Saint ****** Oakland hospital and was told that I needed an oxygen machine. I explained that I lived alone and had stairs so I would like to have the portable oxygen machine. I received a large machine that did not allow me to go up and downstairs. I contacted the vendor and explained my situation. The vendor was terse and appeared uncaring, he explained to me that I needed to get one of my neighbors to carry my machine up and down the stairs. When I explain that I did not know the neighbors he said that there was nothing he could do. I work with an agency called Landmark for senior citizens on ******** and explained the the situation. They said they would contact Binsons to resolve the matter. Sadly they were told that the insurance company had to approve a smaller machine and so they just gave me what they had. I have further researched this only to discover that what I was told was incorrect. The machine makes a buzzing sound and cuts off after a few hours. It is apparent that they gave me a machine that was old and in need of repair. I would like to have ******* bring me a new machine and a smaller one as requested. ***************************.

      Received CPAP machine at end of May. Used it for 3 weeks in June. Was told 1) there would be no charge for machine (insurance to pay), 2) no mention of a rental fee by Binsons, no mention of the machine using 4G data service to connect to centralized monitoring service, 3) actual usage can be seen by that service to have been only 3 weeks, 4) was told Binsons would contact to return machine at end of June when Dr canceled service, 5) called Binsons at end of July (after not hearing from them) after vacation but their phone service didn't work, 6) took machine back to them in August without contact by Binsons at all. Now being charged for **** June and July, when only used machine in June. Without being told was going to be charged AT ALL. No mention of this being a "rental" when set up to get machine, or when picked it up. When returned machine, was told machine serial information wasn't information they had in their system for me. Livonia location.
