      On November 15, 2022, I purchased a 3 month subscription box from the Ivy Storehouse. This is how it is supposed to work: Join thousands of AKA members around the world and subscribe to the Ivy Box! The Ivy Box is a curated package of licensed Alpha Kappa *************** **** products delivered to your doorstep. Every month, we pick high quality apparel, accessory and stationery products according to a Sorority theme. The Ivy Box is perfect for initiations, anniversaries, birthdays and so much more! The Ivy Box is available in 1, 3, 6, or 12 month increments for $39.95 per month. It's not like this at all. I didn't receive a box until end of January. Before that I asked that my subscription be cancelled and they said I had to do it myself. I opened my account and cancelled but received a box at the end of January. I returned the box. I was also unable to delete my account permanently so that they won't charge my card again. They are known for doing that. We have a discussion group about them on ********* I believe the Ivy Storehouse is running a scam. They're getting rich off of our members (?) and everyone does not get a box every month. Sometimes it's every other month. Sometimes it takes 3 months. Everyone gets to see what's in the box right before the end of the month. But it may not be your month to get a box. There's no explanation at all. There's no set date that the box comes. I believe that they do not have enough items for all subscribers every month. They take your money and you may or may not get a box. Everyone is busy. 30 days past and the Ivy Box is chaos. They have horrible communication and customer service. I did file a dispute today with my bank. I want my account permanently closed with them.

      We take pride in providing exceptional customer support for our subscribers. We want Sorors to absolutely love their Ivy Box experience. Our records indicate your subscription was created on November 15, 2022. New orders received after the 13th will ship by the 30th of the next month. Your subscription should have started with the December Ivy Box; however, your account was included in the special *************************** November Ivy Box shipments which led to your December box being skipped. That means your 3 month subscription would have included the November, January, and February shipments but the subscription was cancelled. We've issued a refund for the February Ivy Box and removed your payment method from the account. Depending on your banking institution, please allow 5-7 business days to see the credit reflected on your account.


      We ship monthly by the 30th. Your November Ivy Box was shipped on November 23, 2022. The *** tracking number is 1Z5AR619YW97333655. The January Ivy Box was shipped on January 26, 2023. The *** tracking number is 1Z5AR619YW92059489. We have no record of a return tracking label being generated on our website for the returned box mentioned. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the unwanted box. 

      For your reference, we are always happy to explain how the Ivy Box subscription works. We would have been happy to change your subscription to include the November, December, and January shipments instead of the November, January, and February shipments. We apologize immensely for any inconvenience or confusion.
