      Being a Board member of a Condominium Association, I and the Board decided to go with a third-party management company. Doing our due diligence, researching, investigating and interviewing different property management companies, the Board hired and signed a one-year contract with Redstone Property Management and Christine B. The process was fantastic!! Chris and her staff explained every detail of how the relationship would work, and were 100% professional the entire time. I saw a recent review from one of the co-owners criticizing RPM and Christine. That review could not be further from the truth. If you have ever lived in a Condominium Association, you already know there are always issues among co-owners. The sole issue in this situation is the co-owners did not want monthly dues to go up, and also thought the decision should not have been the Board's, but rather the entire community. This is not the case, and all one has to do is read the by-laws, which this community's co-owners grossly misinterpreted. Myself and other Board members give RPM 5 stars and high recommendations.

      Relocating to Grand Rapids from Traverse City was a challenge for my family. I reached out to Redstone properties and luckily got Shelby on the line. She has been a polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful with the selection of our new townhome until our home was finished being built. She took the time to listen to our wants and offered various homes as an option with different price points. Very pleased with the service received from her. My family greatly appreciates your diligent work Shelby.

      They are super scandalous at ********************......they asked me to resign my lease in December and my 1 year hit March 9. That same March they gave us a letter dated 3/24 that we needed to give back their property. No reason, nothing was owed on our account, we had good Samaritan Ministries help us pay for ******* February and March. They justify not doing the lease and kicking ** out because they gave us 30 days notice. Now it's showing we have an eviction, which shows from February and we've been denied other properties because of this! We even moved to ******* and I had to contact their lawyers to do something about it. Still today it's on our record and they feel what they did was OK. I did speak to a lawyer and will be filing. Don't waste your time with these jerks.They don't care what happens to you, it's not their problem
