I signed up for host with the company and they were supposed to provide migration from the previous provider. This was supposed to be seamless so we would have no downtime. They told me the migration was complete and to update the nameservers so I could use the new host. When I updated all of the sites forwarded to one domain, SSL was not working, I had a shopping cart and customers could not get to the shopping cart. Resulting of lost business during the downtime. I forwarded everything back to the previous host while they were going to fix it and VERIFY that it was working before I end up losing more business by forwarding back if it was done incorrectly again. I can't get them to verify whether the sites are working correctly, they tell me to check myself which will result in more downtime and more lost business if they made the same mistake. For a company that was supposed to be highly rated this is poor and unprofessional service.

A2 hosting lost my website and all the files associated with my website that cost me over 50k and 2 months of work to build. I called multiple times to speak with their management to try and resolve this issue and keep getting the run around and extremely unprofessional management and staff. I'm going to file a lawsuit in addition to this and will file complaints with AG and all other regulatory agencies as there was sensitive customer information that they lost a long with my website.
