  0 stars, actually; when a sales person asks for your SOCIAL SECURITY number, RUN, don't walk, out the door. This actually happened & the sales guy got irritated when I wouldn't share it. This place is a total, utter scam, if not worse (? stealing peoples' vital information?) The Maine Mall should BAN this "company".

  The sales consultant that I dealt with was horrible. I will never shop at any of your stores anywhere in the ** as I tried to shop at the one in the main mall in **************, ***** and the consulting was horrible. He wouldn't take no for an answer even though I explained to him a hundred times that I couldn't afford the product or the weekly consultations. He told me he could set me up on a payment program where I would only have to pay $52 and some change a month and he finally talked me into that and I told him so only $52 is coming out of my account correct? Yes yes yes it's only going to be $52 a month plus the $25 for today for what I did. I said that's fine as long as that's all that's coming out of my account because I can't afford anything out. I left that store not even 3 minutes after I left that store. $2,300 came out of my account that I did not consent to. I went right back there. I called my bank and everything I gave them their product back. Took photos of the product. Took photos of the store. He refused to give me my money back. I understand at the end of the receipt it says no returns but when a consultant lies to a customer and tricks them in to something that they didn't want. I'm sorry that warrants a return as I gave you all your product back And I have photos of it and I am out $2,300 and no product. If I don't get my $2,300 back what you took out of my account, I will be summoning you to court. I will give you a bad review all the way across the *************. I will cause so much problems for you that I will cause your businesses to drop. I will slander you all over social media which I've already started. All I want is my money back. I work hard for my money and what that sales consultant did to trick me was absolutely horrifying. I have never dealt with a business like this in my life. You guys are horrible. You guys get an FF all the way across the board. Like I said if I don't get my money back into my account. I'll see you in court.

  I went to the ********** located at ************************************************************************** on October 22, ******* I walked by a business called Coral Boutique, there was a man standing in the hall directly in front of this business. He handed me two small sample packets and at the same time, he put his arm around me and moved me toward the business entrance. Before I could say anything, he sat me down in a chair and motioned for a man to come over. As in other reviews, he tried to flatter me with compliments and started talking about a skincare product. He told me to close my eyes and he put some cream under my left eye. Then he showed me samples of people before and after photos on his phone. He showed me my left eye. I did not notice much difference. I asked how much he was selling the product for, knowing I had NO intention of buying anything. He said it was ****** but was selling now for 400. Then he said he would throw in two small containers of another two products. He then promised me a free facial at another time. Then, he got back on his phone and showed me that if I tried to buy the first product on line, it would cost 1500. I stood up and said that I was NOT buying anything! As I started to move, he ran over to the counter with the first cream that he had quoted at 400. and said, "I'm going to give this to you." The man who had brought me in to the business from the hall, was now at the counter and he said to me" Debit or CC.? Near the cash register, there was a price that popped up, 158. and change. I started to walk out and the cashier ran after me. The man who tried to sell me the cream, hollered to the owner and said " Let her go, she's cheap." I was told that the man who ushered me in was the owner of the business and the other man was the manager. He told me he was from ****** and had moved to *********, then to *****. He bragged that he drove a Bentley. I truly believe these men are scammers and should be shut down. They are very pushy, misleading and rude!!!!!

  These people are fraudsters! The owner is a fast talking scammer. I was careless enough to give him my credit card for some skin care products and he charged over $1,730 twice. I only realized it when my credit card company texted me suspecting fraud. Stay away from this business! They use all kinds of tactics to draw you in and then steal from you. This has never happened to me before because Im very careful, so it was a real shock.

  Yesterday, trying to walk through the mall alone, and ****** learned to walk on the other side of the mall when you pass these guys, I was roped in by ****** who asked me to leave a review with his name in it and unfortunately it's not going to be a good one. He roped me in after saying no I'm in a rush and kept calling me beautiful and quite obviously trying to flatter me to get me to spend 400 dollars on skincare products. After giving me what seemed like a pretty good deal: my moisturizer for free if I buy the other one and then 20% off the one I bought. Well, I get to the register and all of a sudden he can't do 20% off anymore, weird. I get home and open my products up. Now the one I bought had a lid under the cover and was full to the top, the one I got for free had no lid under the cover and was half full and the cover was disgusting. Clearly looked like one they've been using for their pushy demos. I get it, it was free, but I don't know who has dipped their fingers in there or if the product even is what it's supposed to be because I don't trust these guys at all! They are sketchy, and don't deserve a place in the mall. If I feel like I have to run away from your sales pitch you are doing something wrong

  STAY AWAY. Do yourself a favor read the reviews. Brought wife to mall for 50th b day. We were having lunch and shopping when very aggressive sales kids convinced us to come in. Introduced us to "manager": who tried to charge 600$ +++ for a bottle of cream with a 10 maybe 15 min totorial to show how it works and how to use it. After some talking and aggressive sales work I figured I'd shut it down and I said give it for 150$ we will do it... FROM 600 to 70%less 150$ with even put extras in for the 150$!we laughed walking out saying I wonder if the 600 customer gets the extras. Then the worst my wife has very nice skin never used anything different than this product and she LOOKS TERRIBLE puffy red irritated she's never had anything like this and the only difference is your product Since I believe this post is not enough to tell ppl what you are A SCAMMER so I will be in to talk soon please believe everyone will hear me. Then I'm standing in front of your store handing out flyers during your busiest days. Wkend before x mass , Black Fri ext. See you soon *************************
