    This is the worst insurance company ever. So unprofessional. Finally the agent gave me the adjusters name & number. I called he must have been told to pick up & we scheduled an appointment for Monday, 9/11 at 9 am. He never showed up nor called or texted. My roofer waited an hour and a half for him. I filed a claim end of July early August. No one called to schedule an adjuster. I called ****' Simone's office ( we are new customers) & an agent said they don't take these types of casl at their office. So unprofessional. I called the agents office this morning. **** Simone couldn't take my call neither could another agent ***** so ****** took the call just gave me the run around heading into a meeting. He also mentioned ****** the adjuster wasn't answering and another adjuster *** would be calling but has no phone number for him that I can call to schedule a time for my ************ to meet. They ended up hanging up on me. When I called back the call went into voicemail. Do not insure your home or autos with State Farm & especially **** Simone's office. They are the most unprofessional don't give a **** insurance company. All they care is about getting your money & don't provide the service they brag about. I also understand their CEO is not t on the up and up either & is in some kind of trouble. Looks like the entire company is bad all around.
