"I called this company and a representative came out to my house and he was very jerky and kept sniffing and his nose kept running and he was fast talking but we needed a roof replaced so I signed a contract asking him to come back Saturday to speak with my husband which he called Saturday morning and said he was under the weather and he was slurring his words.
