On September 12, ********************* the ******************************** (***************************************** ************, MD *****) parking lot my vehicle has damaged by an open grate while pulling into a parking spot. **************, the Property Manager, is the contact person given to handle the claim. *** Field was provided with all the requested information (i.e. photos, Estimate, Police Incident Report #, detailed description of events). After October communication with *** Field was sporadic. *** Field would take weeks to respond, if at all. Repeated requests for the ******************* Name and a contact person to contact for updates were denied. The claim sat for months with nothing being done. *** ****** would not respond to calls, texts or voicemails. Finally, in January *** Field answered and said she was under the assumption the claim had been resolved. *** Field was informed there had been no resolution. There was no communication from her or the insurance company with any resolve. On January 14, 2025, *** Field informs that after months of no communication now more information is needed. A detailed explanation, which had been given to the police officer, patrolling security and her), was needed because the estimate (given in October) is unreasonable for the damages to the vehicle (a 2024 Land Rover Defender). Ms Field then requested the mechanic, where the vehicle has been since the incident, give her a detailed explanation of how the damages occurred, which is impossible since the mechanic was not there at the time. This information has already been given to Ms Field, and if there was a question about the Estimate why wasn't it stated back when it was initially given? In the meantime, the vehicle has been sitting at the repair shop incurring storage fees. All that is expected is Greenberg Gibbons pay for the damages caused by their negligence.
