In late Feb I placed an order online with Beacon Threads- actually my father did from his device with his card- I had given him cash- I have a case with SFPD in fraud- my debit cards generally arent viable. The package never arrived. I got a text notification I had a package to be delivered- than that it was stolen. I emailed Beacon Threads to ask what I should do- no response. Order was about $80. My father placed another order and sent an email requesting a refund for the first. Confirmation ******. That order has never arrived- I emailed them on June 6th and got the same response as I have been getting: sorry about the holiday delay and they are working on it. It appears I no longer get texts or emails from them and the other day- their website was down.Initial Complaint

Ordered three shirts on 2/15/25 for a total of $52.74. I have tried at least 5 times to get status on this order with no response committing to send me my items. 16 April 2025, I placed an order with Beacon Threads. The order was comprised of (1) one adult long sleeve shirt, (2) two adult sweatshirts, (1) one hat, (1) one kids t-shirt, and (2) two adult t-shirts. The order total was ***** + 3.96 tax, totaling ******. 11 May 2025, I sent the company my first follow up request regarding my order & not receiving any notification other than "confirmed". I did not receive a response to this email. 16 May 2025, I sent my second follow up.17 May 2025, Beacon Threads responded to my email & thanked my for my patience & support. They also apologized for the delay & stated it was due to the holiday rush. They indicated remaining orders would be shipped within 1-2 weeks.19 May 2025, I inquired about an address change due to the delay in the shipment. I explained that I was Active Duty Air ********* would be relocating from the ************************************** address to my current address on 02 June ******* May 2025, Beacon Threads emailed stating my request was forwarded to the appropriate team ************* would be in touch shortly.20 June 2025, I emailed back regarding no customer service follow-up, status update, or shipment of my order. I asked if this issue would be rectified or if I could just cancel the order & get a refund. Currently awaiting a response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Beacon Threads on 4/10/25 for the total amount of $57.32. This total included shipping. The order included one crew neck sweatshirt, one t shirt and one coffee mug. The order number provided at the time of purchase is #******. On 5/18/25, I requested an update from the company regarding the order, as I had not received any email regarding shipping/tracking. The company returned my email on 5/19/25, apologizing for the delay and ensuring my order would ship within 1-2 weeks. I reached out to the company again on 6/7/25 to request another update, as I still had not received an email with shipping/tracking, nor the items I purchased. The company responded on 6/9/25 ensuring me that they had reached out to their shipping team and that the order would be sent that week, followed with an email. By 6/14/25, I still had not received a shipping email nor the package. When I originally pursued the items, I used a company called Shop to make the payments. On 6/14/25, I used Shops website to reach out to the company, hoping for a different outcome. I have since received no further communication. The order I placed was meant to be a gift for a date that has since passed. I am hoping to receive the order or a full refund from the company.Initial Complaint

I purchased two trucker hats on 3/16/25. I sent an email asking for a shipping update on 5/7/25. I was told the order would ship within 2 weeks. As of 6/20/25, I still have not received my order. Complaint Description:I placed an order with Beacon Threads on May 6, 2025, and as of today, June 22, 2025, I have not received my items. I reached out to the company on May 28 regarding the status of my order. They responded and assured me that I would receive my order within 12 weeks. That timeframe has come and gone, and I still have not received *********** has now been over six weeks since I placed my order, and nearly a month since they promised delivery within a specific timeframe. I have not received any updates, tracking information, or further communication from them since.
