    Twice they have sold me something they didn’t have (a 1 oz. **** **** *********** ****** Bar ordered June 15, 2023 and an 1862 Seated Liberty Dime ordered November 29, 2023), immediately billed my credit card for something they didn't have, failed to respond to my emails sent after the intended ship date, and it was only after I called I learned of the problem. Both times I was left stranded last minute trying to find a replacement birthday present.

    Ordered three Silver Maple Leafs all described as BU condition. Each coin had issues. There was obvious signs of 2 coins being cleaned with heavy scratches afterwards and one coin that was not cleaned had been handled without gloves because still had greasy fingerprints on coin. This order was my second negative experience with this company. They claim to offer a positive experience with customer service on complaints but my first order problems were never resolved and no attempt to offer any further solution was offered after my initial attempt to solve my issues. I made this second order in hopes that maybe my first experience was just a rare occurrence but I was obviously wrong. I will never trust them or buy from them again and would not recommend purchasing from this company to anyone.

    We purchased two (2) sheets of uncut uncirculated $2.00 bills at 32 per sheet at a cost of $517.92, yep we overpaid, clearly they marked up the product in greed. The US Mint rate is $102.00 per sheet. We ordered on 7/13/2023, shipped 7/19/2023 supposedly and we received on 7/29/2023 one (1) sheet in a very damaged tube with one end cap completely shoved up in the tube exposing the one sheet. Our postman made a comment that we were signing for $2.00 bills because the inside contents were clearly visible. After ordering and the order taking so long to receive, we read online reviews and was not surprised that this company is sketchy at best. They had no problem taking our payment toot sweet, but didn't feel the need to provide the products we originally ordered. The one sheet we received is folded numerous times and scrunched on the edges. Very poorly handled product. Buyer beware, don't do business with this company. We gave this company one star only because that's the lowest we could go otherwise it would be a negative star.
