    Incompetence and Frustration - Avoid This Transportation Company!** I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from this transportation company. I arranged for them to pick up my vehicle in Florida, and what should have been a simple process turned into a complete nightmare. First of all, they didn’t show up to pick up my vehicle at the scheduled time. When I reached out for an explanation, I was given a runaround of excuses that sounded completely made up. One time, I was told the driver was “fixing the trailer,” another time they claimed “****** doesn’t have an open slot,” and yet another time I was informed that “the vehicle is too long.” This lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, ****** charged me a storage fee for two weeks simply because this company failed to fulfill their obligation. It’s ridiculous that I am now out of pocket due to their incompetence. I feel like I've been caught up in a web of lies and deceit, with no clear communication or resolution. If you value your time and money, I highly recommend avoiding this transportation company at all costs. My experience has been a lesson in how not to conduct business. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

    Wound never use them. Their methods of client acquisitions are predatory. They keep harassing our team with messages, calls, emails. Totally unprompted, and even after we keep telling them “no” they keep harassing us. I flabbergasted that they have so many positive reviews online, which I assume are probably all fake due to their predatory and misleading tactics. Beware.
