I ordered 3 bundles, lengths 20", 22" and 24". Upon receiving the bundles, they smelled awful, the color was light brown and the biggest complaint was after washing the hair I noticed 2 of the bundles were the same exact length. I received the bundles on 12/28 in preparation to get my hair done before the New Year. I have ordered from them in the past about 2 yrs ago and was able to have the hair installed directly from the package so when I received this hair that needed to be washed and dyed prior to install took additional time that I did not have. I emailed the support team to along with photos to show 2 of the bundles were the same length. A girl called me that told me they needed the blue straps that was on the hair as if that would help resolve. I had to go in the trash to retrieve them but I did so. Only to receive a reply that made no sense nor did they offer any resolution. I paid $425 to have 3 lengths of bundles. In the photo it is clear that the 20" bundle and the other 2 bundles do not have a 4" difference. The difference was 2" which I measured which means they sent me 2 bundles 22" and put the wrong strap on one of them. I asked that they refund me for 1 24" bundle or send me the 24" bundle as it is not my fault their manufacturer made a mistake. When I received their reply that offered no resolution I let them know that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. $425 is alot to pay for hair and not receive what I ordered on top of the other issues. Please help to find a resolution that is fitting. They also sent me an email asking for feedback when I clicked the link its as if they blocked me from being able to do so. Thanks.Initial Complaint

On November 4, 2021 I received a order from Herimports. The order placed was for 24inch straight Human Hair wig in the amount of $548.00. The wig was installed immediately and within days the wig was shedding and tangling up so bad I had to cut the tangles out. I couldnt run my fingers through the tanglwd wig or stop the uncontrollable shedding. I didn't add any products or perform any service on the hair except washing and light flat ironing, which again I been a customer for over 20years and I never had this problem and I know how to maintain the hair. I actually have bundles over 6 years old that are still good. I reached out to herimport because I always received great product from the company and felt they could resolve my issue by replacing the wig. I honestlt think I received a bad wig or the wig was damaged during shipping. I received a call on Monday, December 13th from Herimport stating the wig I sent wasn't the wig they sent me, which is incorrect. I only wear straight hair extensions and wigs. I provided pictures to herimport of the damage wig showing how damaged it was prior to returning per their request. The company is stating they will call me back and it appear they are not going to even try to resolve this issue and carless about my money spent. This isnt fair to me. I'm a loyal customer and I received a bad wig they aren't willing to accept. Im very disappointed to know a business I have support for over 20 years would do me this wayInitial Complaint

I ordered 4 bundles of hair from herimports on 11/30/2020, due to delays I didn't receive my hair until 1/22/2021. When i got the hair and opened the package, the hair was terrible quality, so I messaged asking to exchange, with pictures of the hair. I was told to go on the website and process a return, however upon clicking the link, the website would not allow me to return it. I communicated with the customer service reps, of which I was told there was nothing they could do about it. My total was $554 and for that price I was supposed to be getting premium hair, however, what I got was low grade hair. I went ahead and installed the hair anyway to see if it would be better after a wash and install, and it was still trash. The hair sheds everywhere and has so many fly aways and tangles quite a bit. I contacted ****** to dispute it and her imports offered a $100 off coupon of which is useless to me since i will not be ordering from them again. This is my 2nd experience with themInitial Complaint

I have ordered your premium bundles in the past and this is not the quality I was expecting. You say that you source from India and I believe that you used to before 2019. This is obviously Chinese hair that you repackaged. Look at the fillers!!! You weft is short, the hair is tangled and it’s hard!! The hair smells like something disgusting! I feel like you robbed me. I paid for premium Brazilian bundles. What you sent is me is not what I received in the past for the same item. I am an unhappy customer. Please take your cheap filler hair back and send me a refund. I’ll pay for the shipping back. This is not what I ordered. You have lowered your quality standards and I noticed. You cannot refund me according to your policy so I am filing a complaint because this is illegal. Refunds should be allowed at any company if the items are intact.
