On 2/26/2025 I purchased a 2018 ************************* from Bay Motors. I put $3000 down. Upon receiving my Vehicle I noticed the radio which is factory installed was not working properly. I let the salesperson know and they attempted to order a new radio. However after receiving the new radio it was an issue with installation. I was then informed that they had to order a new replacement radio. By this time 30 days have passed. Id call twice a week for an update because the communication was poor only to keep getting told not to call or come up there itll come when it come. I was told that if I contact anyone or make a complaint they wouldnt help me. Today is 4-4-2025 and I have yet to have my radio fixed or replaced. I dont appreciate the rudeness from the owner and his family I never felt so unwelcome. This business seems to be scamming people. Now I fear Im going to have to kick out more money for a radio thats supposed to come with my purchase. I also have a warranty with them and they wont honor it. If I have to replace my own radio I wand to be reimbursed.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from Bay motors February 5th 2022 and have no issues with the car itself . My complaint is that I paid for GAP and VSC (warranty) through ******** I ended up refinancing the car and canceled the GAP and VSC and a refund was sent to bay motors 2/28/2023 and check was cashed on 3/13/23 the check number is ********** for the amount of 615.59 for GAP and another check was sent to them on 3/09/2023 and cashed on 03/22/2023 in the amount of 608.79 for the VSC I never received a phone call from bay motors to pick up my refund and have been reaching out to ******** and bay motors now for months . DJ keeps telling me I need to speak with Zill but every time I ask for Zill , Dj always says he is in a meeting , with a customer and I had told DJ numerous times to have Zill call me back to speak about this matter but I never receive a phone call back . ******** says it’s the dealerships issue because they did there part sent the refund and bay motors even cashed the refund . This should be a crime your keeping my money , my refund and ignoring me . I have any proof that is needed to provide to bay motors. This is going on almost a year now and I haven’t gotten my refund , bad business . I not only bought a car from bay motors but referred many people there with 1 resulting in a closed deal . Come on bay motors your better then this !!! Please help me BBB !Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Mr. Zill immediately resolved the issue and explained why there was a long wait time. He explained that he had to jump through some hoops since he was not the manager there when the refund was sent to him originally. I was pleased with the overall process and glad we were able to handle this matter .

I purchased an Infiniti qx 60 from Bay Motors Inc. Two days later I had to have the vehicle towed. I asked for a refund and it was denied. They replace the battery and gave me a car fax report. I have had issues on top of issues since I received the vehicle I had to pay out of pocket. Trying to get out of the contract capitol one has explained to me it was a lot of fraudulent and exaggerated information with income reported. The loan company's contract they received was not the contract the finance manger gave me. Lawyers stated I can do a right to rescind to get a refund of my down payment of $4000. The paperwork was sent to Bay Motors has been ignored all attemps. They are writing fradulent contracts.Business Response

However, this is the first time it has been brought to anyone's attention at Bay Motors since the vehicle was purchased over 2 years ago. I will need a few more days to do a thorough investigation because this deal is much older. In regards to complaint#20236770, I have yet not heard a response from Bay Motors after Aria ***** stated she will investigate. It was brought to my attention that no one was told at Bay Motors on numerous attempts about the vehicle numerous malfunctions and the falsified documents that was sent to Capitol One Financial. That's completely false. Paperwork was received May that was signed off by *****. One document that was in the envelope is attached. The Right to Rescind. Evidence that was also in the envelope was evidence the second day of having the vehicle it was towed back to Bay Motors. When the company said they could not refund my money or take the vehicle back. I have been lied to and no one has took accountability for this vehicle I purchased with all these problems ,and the falsified income that was reported to Capitol One Auto Financial since I received this vehicle. Once Bay Motors Inc.was paid they didn't care and continue to tell lies.
As well as ignore notices and mail.

This is a clear cut theft of purchase Automobile that i have been paying a kings ransom for since April 202
Initially I ha d purchased a Versa from Bay Motors back in April 2021. I was in an accident with Versa. A young gentlemen caused dig to car. thus Allstate the offending parties insurance company gave me 2,900 for damages. I in-turn gave settlement to Mr. Bay. Car was never fixed. I then tried to get a loaner from Mr. Bay He fused thus pocketing the insurance money to fix versa. I than asked Mr. Bay if he allow a trade in for versa.. he allowed me to purchase another car with 2,00 down, 6 thousand for trade in. I tentatively acquired a 2018 Honda HR V w 78, 00 miles already on car. Mr. Bay charged me 500 weekly for car. No contractual written agreement was signed . Purchasing agreement had car at 28,000 dollars. For 6 weeks I paid Mr. Bay 500 per week. Than I started paying him 1,500 a month. Please note this went unabated for 7 months a 1,500 a month. Than I finally settled on 500 a month. This went on up until May 5, 2023. Yet, I still owe 9, 500. I gave him another 500 ... on May 5,2023. With the intentions of trading car via credit acceptance. To which I owed 900.00. Mr. Unscrupulous-Bay. Took 500 payment which made me current by his records. After contacting Sina Another dealership who happen Mr. Bays biological brother and avowed enemy . My car was seized and kept from being moved of my own accord. Mr. Bay deliberately parked his car in back of my car to block me in. than moved his personal vehicle and placed another car that was recently purchased from a auction and placed that car behind my car. Thus effectively blocking my from extracting my car. From Mr. Bay's body garage. I appealed to Mr. Bay's General Manager . Ben To release my car and allow me to trade car with brother of Bay. Brian of Sina. They, - Mr. Ben and another employee of Mr. Bay said that they can exact full amount owed at any given time. which they tried to do. I have been paying on this car for well over three years now. It was 2,800 purchase agreement. In the ensuing time I tried to extricate my car. I was going back and forth with Mr. Bay's employees and His Brother who was to cut a check for the fraudulent amount so owed. I became irate and tried to extricate my car from Body mechanics garage only to incurred damage to my automobile and My Bay's newly purchased for sale car. I was unable to extricate my car . Thus leaving all personal items in vehicle. several thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. This was now on: 5.5.23Business Response

Mr. *******'s car was repo. Police has a warrant for his arrest for child molestation right now. after we told him he cannot have the car because is repo, he came back and tried to steal the car and since the car was secured by other cars, he started to hit the other cars and created so much damaged. the police was notified and he escaped. the police have issued the second warrant for his arrest and looking for him. we don't tolerate such a behavior and pressing charges against Mr. *******

I purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership' after a couple of days driving I noticed a noise which turned out to be the wheel bearing in my front wheel and vibration which turned out to be a transmission mount; I notified the dealership who instructed me to bring it in for service they kept it for two days and didn't do any of the work, when I picked it up I was told that I need to go Thru my warranty company to get it fixed, After contacting the warranty company I was told to take it to the Nissan dealership which I did, I was told that they wouldn't do work for that company because they are delinquent on payment, I in turn called the dealership back and was told there was nothing they could, So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I can't drive but have to pay for,Business Response

Hi, we made 2 service appointment for MR. Brown, and he missed both of them, after a month he finally showed up for his appointment and we fixed his front bearing and front rotors and brake pads. after fixing it we test drove the car and found no issue with it. he does have 2-year extended warranty through wynn warranty, and he can take it anywhere that Honer that warranty. Wynn is a major extended warranty company.
