    In late August 2025, we paid Reclaimed of Annapolis in full for a custom bathroom vanity after receiving assurances from the business owner that the project would be prioritized and completed promptly. As part of our agreement, we were told we would receive status updates and progress photos throughout the build.Over the following months, we did not receive the updates or progress information that had been promised. Instead, we were provided with multiple new estimated completion dates, none of which were met. Communication from the business was limited, and the delays made it increasingly difficult to coordinate the remainder of our bathroom renovation with other contractors who were waiting on this key ************ mid-Novemberafter more than two months had passedwe again requested a realistic completion timeline. At that point, the owner notified us that Reclaimed of Annapolis would not be completing the project and had unilaterally decided to cancel the order. A full refund was issued the same day, and we have confirmed receipt of the credit.While we appreciate the prompt refund, the sudden cancellation after such a prolonged delay caused a significant setback to our renovation schedule, especially going into the holiday season. This experience was inconsistent with the assurances we received at the time of purchase and created unnecessary disruption to our project planning.This statement accurately reflects our experience and is provided to assist future customers in making informed decisions when considering custom work with this business.
