  These are the worst leads I’ve ever gotten. More than that their customer service is horrible especially Nikki. They want you to give a review before you actually receive any leads so they can have a better star rating. But if you’ll take the time to read the reviews of those of us who waited to go through the system, first you will see that all of us feel the same. Not only are the leads horrible and the customer service but they also deceive and lie and charge you beyond what they’re supposed to. I signed up for a three month trial and then they automatically charged me for another three months when I had only signed up for a three month trial. I have been going round and round with customer service but getting nowhere she’s horrible. I was also told that if during my three months I could not get any closed as long as I had done my follow up, they would return my money, but they’re not holding to that either. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  Eric ********** was very professional and patient with my crazy schedule. He took the time to explain their service. I look forward to trying it out and hope to have a great experience.

  I'm brand new this is my first time using the service customer service was great they was very polite and helpful however the first three leads I got was incorrect one of them was a loan officer from Tucker so we'll see how it goes if I end up being satisfied I will come back and post a better review

  So far I am pleased with the leads from Qazzoo. being able to pick your leads and return them if the contact information isn't correct is great. I have clients I am currently working with to purchase now and even more that are 6months to a year from purchasing.

  I truly do love this service. I can turn on and off as I want. The team is always so nice and accommodating.
  Always negotiate with them, they'll get you a better price. They are true to their word that they exchange all bad leads no questions asked. In our experience my team gets one appt per 17-25 (depends on agent) calls. We have utilized multiple lead gens but this one has just continued to give us the best roi.
  I hope people think it's a scam so I can keep em all to myself ?? Not really ... I need them to stay in business. I recommend you give em a month to see what they can do.

  Leads are not what they promised. I asked refund after I found out on second day how unprofessional they are. In rude way the denied my refund. I asked for dispute and they still arguing that they provided me with valid leads for foreclosure, tax lien etc even I agreed to pay for regular seller and buyer leads not auction leads. They are scamming people of money and try to cover it up that they are legit. They made policy on purpose to not do refunds after you complain and ask for refund because they don’t provide service that you paying for. Taking advantage of people and lying about their good leads that are all trash.
  Stay away from them.

  Customer service was very responsive and was the only aspect of this business that made good on their promises. That said, if you're only great at fixing the problems your own business causes, and don't actually deliver on your key promise (quality leads), it shouldn't really be a point of pride.
  Complete waste of money and 6 weeks of pulling leads, following up on them religiously, and then submitting them for being useless, only to gain access to more useless leads.
  BUYER BEWARE!!!

  We are always skeptical of lead sources, but so far we are pleased with the platform and quality of leads. The Qazzoo system integrated with our CRM and we are contacting the leads. The amount of good data is promising and we are able to return leads that are not viable. So far, very pleased. Realtors, it's all about effort... Call the leads and you will get deals!
