Paid to join/subscribe to Pawrade.com (***********) as required during account creation. I proceeded to post a puppy for sale for a $25 fee on 11/17/2022. "Assurance Program $25* Ad Duration 45 days" I have not received any ad replies so I viewed my ad on ***********.com and saw that my listing says "sold" and is not allowing adoption replies. I verified on my "edit" account page that I selected "active" for the ad. I did NOT select "sold". I have called the customer service number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I finally received an email stating that my account is "active" on 11/28/22. I've copy/pasted the email below. Nextdaypets is now recommending that I pay any additional $5 to "promote" my ad. What? I've paid a fee to join site, a fee to list ad & now they want a 3rd fee to promote my ad so I can receive replies. Please assist me in getting a prompt refund or the immediate correction of my ad changed from "sold" to "active". Email received 11/28/22 (complete email uploaded as an image): Congratulations! Your account has been approved. If you have already placed listings, they have been turned online. You have the option to subscribe to our site. Subscriptions are...recommended...allow your contact information to be seen. We have 4 different advertising plans: To subscribe to one of our subscription plans please navigate to your account, on the dashboard page click Upgrade Now. Types of listings we offer for maximum exposure: Promoted vs Basic Listings: We offer two different types of listings, promoted and basic. Promoted listings come before all basic listings and allow you to push your listing to the top of the results. The cost is $5.00 per listing and are good for 45 days. Basic listings are free and come after promoted listings in the search results. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us by one of the following ways: X-XXX-XXX-XXXX Option 2, email *******@***********.com or Live ****. Regards, ***********.com

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/03) */ Freddie ***** was allowed to open an account with us to market his pups as one of our breeder partners. He was removed from our program for failing to meet our standards and specifically for being abusive and disrespectful to our staff. He would refuse to follow rules and requirements then verbally attack the staff as they tried to help him. Jessica then opened and account with us with all the same information as Freddie. Same name, linked accounts, address, and most importantly listings of pups. You cannot simply change the first name on an account to get it reinstated after you have been removed for abusive behavior. We also reserve the right to decline any business relationship as does every other business. We will not be reinstating an account opened under false pretenses under any circumstance.

I purchased their service in January. Paid a one-time $25 fee and &5.95 to connect with a specific breeder. Found out today they have been charging me $5 every 2 weeks (Discovered after 10 transactions) for some other service (VIP puppy something) I don't recall signing up for. Additionally, these charges don't appear in my Nextdaypets.com account, but only in my credit card statements. I called to ask for a refund but got rejected (They promised to refund only the last 2 payments - I got charged 10 times) they said it was in the fine print of the payment agreement. Karen-like representative was very rude, seems to deal with this issue often. Although this might be legal because some fine print said auto-upgrade I guess, however, THE WEBSITE IS DESIGNED TO BE A SCAM. I would never recommend it to anyone. I would like any charges made since February to be refunded.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/03) */ ****** (***)... since he wants to refer to his rep as "Karen", we will refer to him as "Ken". On January 6, Ken created a Puppy Match profile for a Samoyed puppy. These profiles are not associated with any account. Attached is his Puppy Match profile and our Terms presented on the payment page. It is the consumers responsibility to read the Terms and cancel their profile and subscription when no longer needed. On January 6, 2021, Ken applied for a puppy named "Bandit Ab". This is a 1x fee of $25. Applications are optional, not mandatory. The consumer can click EMAIL or CALL above the Application button on any puppy. On January 6, 2021, Ken created and upgraded a User account. This account allows consumers to connect with all non subscribing advertisers across our site for a 1x fee of $5.95. "Karen" was not rude to "Ken". She simply stated all of the above to him. Ken was not happy when he could not receive refunds for services provided for something he signed up for and then referred to her as "Karen". Our website is not designed to be a scam. The Terms are put in place for consumers to read before submitting their credit card information.
