  Buyer beware, sold a complete LEMON. Needed to replace the engine. I strongly advise to reconsider buying from this comapny.

  DO NOT BUY A CAR from Eastside Motoring I purchased a vehicle in late March 2025 from **** at Eastside Motoring. During the purchase period **** was very attentive and prompt to respond to messages. **** and I signed a sales agreement for the vehicle, stated in the sales agreement was 2 FOB keys were part of the purchase agreement. At the time of the pick-up, the second key was not with the vehicle, **** indicated that it was an oversight and that he would have one delivered the next day. In addition, I reported a damaged radio at the time of pick up. He agreed to have it taken care of. Needless to say, after some phone calls and promises via text from ****, the stopped taking calls and all communications. I reached out to the owner, *******, asking him to help resolve the matter, much like ****, ******* does not to return any of my calls either. It is clear that they do not intend in honoring the signed sales contract nor fix the damaged radio. In addition, I raised a separate issue with **** when I picked up the vehicle, the recorded mileage of the vehicle at the time of the signed agreement did NOT match the number of miles at the time it was picked up. In the week that it took to finalize the paperwork and get the title, the vehicle had recorded an additional 160 miles on the odometer, which means that even though there was a deposit and a signed contract on the car, it was still being used. Do Note that their website claim that they are BBB accredited, if you check with BBB website, Eastside Motoring NOT BBB accredited. I do not take the actions that I am taking lightly, I have tried very hard not to let things to get to this point, but obviously they do not care, and it starts at the top with ownership.They have many complains reported for the similar dishonest issues, they are untrustworthy. I do not recommend them, buyer be aware, DO NOT BUY A CAR from Eastside Motoring.

  Criminals really.. Purchased a vehicle there, 2 weeks of no communication at all, Deceptive practices, lies after lies, questionable registration issues, ignores calls/texts. Purchased what we thought was ************* through credit union, turned out to be 3rd party and the company canceled the insurance due to non-payment from Eastside. Their "lower end" cars are garbage, they don't vet them all. They pretty them up/detail, toss them out for sale with tons of known underlying issues. Stay away!

  Buyer beware!!This dealer misrepresented the truck, did not disclose damage, did not honor warranty, had lousy communication with buyer, and was disingenuous about what they would do. Id give them 0 stars if I could!!

  We bought a 2019 ****** Highlander. Since driving it off the lot, the low tire pressure indicator pops up daily because the tires are entirely shot. It also has a transmission issue that will cost us $8,500.00 to replace. We are currently going through the lemon law process to get our money back. The team is impossible to get a straight answer from or a timely one. Turn the other way as fast you can. Save yourself a headache.

  I picked up my car, went to get it inspected, and lo and behold it failed) which is a common complaint by customers who have placed reviews on ****** and Yelp. The car had two bad tires and the worst part was the rear subframe (critical part of the car) was completely rotted. I informed ******* (the owner) about the failed inspection and the reasons for it. I sent the invoice for the tires; however, he did not reply. I continued to send texts, and again, no reply. He then asked what parts I needed for the rear subframe to be fixed, which I should not have had to tell him since he is the owner of the dealership. In addition, since he sold a car that was unsafe to drive, why would I believe he would fix it accordingly? Replacing, not welding, the rear subframe can be costly! Fortunately, ******** is currently fixing it for no charge since the model has a recall. In addition, they gave me a rental until the car is fixed.The following weekend, the batteries died. Once again, I let ******* know and told him it was unacceptable when he quite proudly told me that they do a multi-point inspection before the car leaves the lot (NOT TRUE in this case, and Im sure many others).I have given ******* several chances to rectify this situation; however, he has chosen not to. Hence why I am writing this review, His business practices are unethical and he has no integrity.

  Purchased a 2020 *** M340i, with contract signed, only to find out the owner (*******) lent it out to his lawyer and realtor for the weekend with additional 481 miles when picking up the car. Management didn't want to compensate and never got back.

  This dealership was a joke they lied about registering my vehicle. It took them a week to register the car and when i went to go get it no body told me that they didnt register it. I drive home 2 hours unregistered and for over a week without knowing . They have done nothing to help.
