    These guys made buying my first car a nightmare. This place will wear you down, until you sign something that they prefer, no matter how many times you get them to verbally agree with you. They will use the fact that they are an established car dealership to BS you once you call them out on their mistakes. They threatened to sue me, said what I was doing was s***** and that I was greedy, despite them making multiple mistakes. They even fired the guy who I signed my contract with, as if they were trying to cover their mistake. There was no type of accountability and they had no issue changing the terms to benefit them. I knew what car I wanted and what I could afford and they made this a multi-day experience because of all the nonsense they tried pulling. I was calm the whole time and they would get angry and insult me for pointing out their mistakes. They would always revert back to the fact that they have me on camera willingly singing the contracts and they would sue me if I continued to raise questions. This is not an honest business. They shouldn't need to do so much to sell their product, unless they are selling a shady product and that is exactly what happened. I imagine all car dealerships are like that so my advice is to go with someone else who understands your needs and be prepared to fight a war of attrition. They will wear you down until you are ready to sign whatever to leave and if you are not willing to sign they will leave you waiting by yourself for tens of minutes just to send a different guy over with the same contract you just denied. There is a reason everyone thinks these guys are scum and its because they are.

    Ive had my Honda accord looked at multiple times with multiple diagnostics done to it in the past 6 months & every diagnostic is $230. Just recently my warranty to get a fuel injectors and gas gasket replaced was covered but I would still have to pay $2000 just for Honda to touch the car and cover it , so whats the warranty for? I declined ************** still want me to pay &516 just for two diagnostics on the car.. you guys didnt even touch or fix the car. Ridiculous. I recommend not to deal with anyone from this Honda dealership and or go see other options. The customer service doesnt care about you nor wants to explain what youre paying for. I have a reporter doing a visiting them this month on this situation of how Honda is outrages robbery on customers.

    Been having extreme static on my 2016 Honda pilot audio system for over 3months. Its been progressively getting worse and today I called about bringing it in so that I can be counted as a possible recall as there are numerous complaints about Honda audio/stereo systems on the Internet from consumers. Was told its going to cost me $199 just to bring it in and have it looked at & diagnosed. What a scam. Create a problem and then create the solution. Im not paying to have a new stereo put in my 6 y/o old vehicle . As stated, theres numerous complaints online from people having the same problem. This Ive already gone through one recall with my pilot. I will never be buying a Honda again, and I think this business practice is quite disgusting. Not sure if its just this Honda location or all that charge $200 just to look at your car and they may or may not even be able to tell you whats the matter with it

    Having had many years of experience with service departments at various dealers, I can truthfully say that the service department at 128 Honda is the best I have experienced. My service advisor, *************************, makes the effort to ensure things are done right the first time.
