I paid this company to move/store our items into a storage on 8/2. I paid $100 in security deposits. Only after the move, did they inform me the pricing of the storage ($450 a month). This becomes a pattern: they would provide the service before informing me the price then demand payment. I paid for the move and the storage fee on 8/2. I asked for contracts and receipts and was refused. They refused to return my $100 security deposit rightfully owed to me. I want it back. I requested to visit the storage to check and/or retrieve some items on 9/7. I asked for the unit number and location of my storage and was denied the right to know the exact address and to visit it. All I was told was that it was stored in Public Storage, ******, which is a public facility that I would be welcomed at with simple authorization he refused to provide. Since I am prevented from visiting, I personally have no proof that they are indeed storing my items where they claim to and have no assurance in the safety of my belongings. I was transparent about my insecurity and asked for pictures of my items in the storage room, even if at a price. Before I could speak further about pricing, they sent me a video of a near pitch black room and demanded payment of $100. Again, I was forcibly provided a service that I didn't know the price to. What is truly suspicious was how they sent the picture after the closing time of that facility, making me doubt the true location of my items. I paid our storage fees each month, asking to get items (to no avail) until 11/29. On 11/30, we finally made an agreement that they'd deliver clothing boxes on 11/30, and I will pay *** $200 when they arrive at the storage. When my packages don't arrive by 12/3, I called the police in suspicion that they won't return my items and are lying about the location. The police said they promised to deliver my items the next day on 12/4. To this day, I have received nothing and have no idea where my belongings are.
