  Can't rave enough about this company, would recommend to anyone. If you were like me researching every company in the Peabody area... stop your search, trust me I did the leg work already and the outcome was absolutely ideal. Just go with ************** and make your life easy. I've worked professionally in many building trades and come from a long line of contractors and the work stands up to the best. They literally installed my roof in one day, and they didn't cut any corners. They swept a magnet up the street and along my neighbors yards to make sure no nails were left behind.

  De La Rosa Roofing is a team of professionals with unbeatable prices. From the moment that their salesperson knocked on my door, they worked diligently and without any pressure to complete the job. Moreover, ******* did more than what was agreed upon without charging me extra an absolute testament to his character! He addressed all of my questions in a knowledgeable yet respectful manner and I'm sure there won't be anymore leaks soon!

  ***************** Roofing installed my new roof last week and the owner, ******* was reliable, attentive, and all around excellent. (Reliable and follow through are soooo important to me). The job was done quickly and cleanly (and they even raked my leaves in my flower beds as an extra clean up precaution). They left my yard cleaner than it had been before they got there! I think ********************* strength is it's customer service. He sent a quote via email at record speed (they do it by satellite!), and sent videos of the product and the process ahead of time! He was even forgiving when I admitted I hadn't watched the videos by the time he came to my house, so he sat and walked me through exactly the materials they were going to use (more complicated than one might think), helped me pick a color (no small feat), and was very friendly and patient with my laymen's knowledge of roofing. ******* is a responsible and ethical business owner and I recommend him highly! And, his rates are extremely competitive, which doesn't hurt either! Oh, and one last thing, his workmen were wonderful too!

  Working with ***************** was an absolute pleasure. They expertly replaced our roof, which consisted of both shingles and rubber membrane. Their accommodating staff made sure that the job would be done right and in a timely manner; plus their exceptional quality of work came at an affordable price! We were beyond pleased by the superior customer service they provided ** during this process - we cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking out either repairs or replacements for your roofs!

  This company not only did a great job completely replacing my roof, but were very professional and able to detail the entire process and what it would entail during a free consultation (where they surveyed my property/roof) and actually sat down with my husband and me to answer all questions. I couldn't believe they were able to replace the entire roof in just 2 days. Very respectful of the homeowner and their time (by showing up when they said they would, and being complete when they said they would).

  My wife and i were looking for a company that we could trust and was affordable to get our flat roof that was leaking replace as soon as possible, and we came a crossed this company online, and we are so pleased and impressed. The team came early and waited for ******* so they could get started, who also came early and by 7:30 they were scrapping our roof and by 3:30 pm they were all done. ******* was up and down on the roof too and we really like that, his worker are more than word can explain we love how they work, they know what they are doing. They also made sure the clean up every mess around the yard. We would use them again and we highly recommend *****************. ******* is so down to earth and honest. If you are hard to please and looking for the right company to get your roof done look no more De La Rosa Roofing IS THE RIGHT ONE!
