    ***** Cohen was my parents' accountant and a named trustee in my parents' trusts. My parents had around 15 trusts and 2 *****. ***** resigned as trustee after my brother ***************************** threatened to file suit against ***** for skewing up. My mother died in 2015. ***** got a 3 year extension and continued filing tax returns and correcting tax returns he had screwed up. All my copies of all the trusts were stolen recently from a secure locked place. In fact, I had several copies of each trust . First, i wrote to ***** requesting copies of all documents. He ignored my letter. Recently, I called his office and spoke to secretary **** *** who said ***** had ALL the 15 documents. She said she would have his secretary call me. No one returned my calls. When i finally reached *****'s personal secretary ******* , she told me that after I made the request she decided to throw ALL documents out. She was extremely rude to me, ill informed, made untrue allegations anout me, snd insulted me. ***** has refused to return my calls. My copies were stolen and I believe I have a right to all trust documents from ***** who was an independent trustee. (Aside from all this , my parents entrusted him with a VERY SUBSTANTIAL trust and he screwed up every fiduciary duty there is.) I want the documents. If he did indeed throw them out, have him get them from some else. Or, report him to whatever state or federal agency that handles this kind of behavior. Or., tell me how to report him to whatever federal or state agency that handles this kind of behavior. He has refused to return a call. His office is consistently rude and , shall I say , sleazy.
