      On June 16, 2023, representative *********************** came up to me in a public location when I was with friends and illegally disclosed the presence of a false debt without first attempting to verify my identity and second, ask me for permission to disclose the information in front of my friends.The alleged debt is that I did not return their equipment after ending my employment with the company. This is false information as I did return equipment within one week of leaving the company directly to **************** I blocked *************** phone number as I knew I do not have any legitimate business with them.*********************** told me directly to unblock the companys number and that her husband ***** is okay with it, he just needs to provide the information to IT. If ************* chooses to email me, as I have not blocked their email nor changed it since leaving the company, I can provide evidence.***** choose to harass me in public on a Friday night while attempting to resolve a debt that her husband is attempting to collect on. Telephone debt collectors are not legally allowed to collect on debts in this manner.

      This organization has been calling my phone number repeatedly. I have no interaction with this organization. This organization needs to cease and desist calling my number immediately. Repeated calls are harassment.

      I am continually getting phone calls from this company. However, when I take the time to answer the call, I can hear someone breathing and nobody talks to me. I have requested MULTIPLE times to NOT be contacted, and yet they continue to do so from different numbers. This is harassment and a complete waste of my time. My phone rings, I answer it, nobody is there. I call the number back and it's the same company. Stop wasting my time calling me if you're not going to have a conversation with me. I don't want whatever scam loans you're trying to push on vulnerable business owners.

      I called this company 2 weeks ago due to a hold I had on my student account when I went to register for classes. I spoke with a girl who then placed me on hold to speak to her supervisor about a settlement amount. She came back on and told me theyd take 50% to settle out the account and that Id have 2 weeks to pay it. I called back roughly 5 days later and paid it. I was told Id receive an email from her supervisor within 48 hours with my settlement letter. This was a Friday morning, so once Tuesday morning came around I called to follow up since I hadnt gotten an email. I was given the runaround and told different things by different people, finally speaking with the supervisor near closing time. He informed me he was trying to get a hold of me (which I have no voicemails from and Ive been getting plenty of voicemails from others) to tell me that they actually cant take 50% because that creditor doesnt allow it. I asked to speak with his supervisor who also claimed the same. While I understand their obligations to the creditors, what I can not understand is their inability to accept fault for an employees mistake and pay the remaining 50% to the creditor along with what I had paid. This is not only horrible business practice, but screams misdirection.

      This business has called me several times after I have told them to stop. I am not the person they are looking for and I do not have any loans and/or debt in Collections. They are using false numbers to contact me.
