      I have recieved a bill from a collection agency that is completely fraudulent. It claims I owe money to ***. Division of revenue in the amount of ****** with ****** worth of interest and a penalty of 90.00.I haven't lived in ******** in 20 yrs nor h e I heard anything about a debt from the state ever. ***************** doesn't answer the phone, if it does pick up it asks you for a security code and then hangs up.

      A phone number from ********************* calls me repeatedly however Ive never had any interaction with the company and have never defaulted on a loan (or even paid late), so they need to stop contacting me. They also never leave a message, so clearly they dont need to actually talk to me. Its harassment.

      This company has been calling my phone number repeatedly. I have no interaction with this company. This company needs to cease and desist calling my number immediately. Repeated calls are harassment.

      I reviewed my credit reported and noticed that there was a discrepancy. There was a collections account from *************************************** a company that I have never heard of. I have never done buisness with *********************************** nor have I ever had a contract binding us legally. They have not sent me any documents showing that I owe a debt. I would like this removed from my credit report expeditiously. If this is not removed, then they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

      I graduated from ****** college as an LPN and i paid 653 dollars out of pocket a month the whole year the school is now withholding my graduation packet because now they are saying I owe ************* a balance of ******** which I don't understand how but I tried settling for **** and they wouldn't. I feel like I shouldn't owe any more money because I didn't have a balance when I finished of June ************************************************************* the run around. I have been trying to resolve this issue i also had financial aid which should have taken care of my balance as well.

      On 11-3-2023 this company went into my ***************** account without my permission and made a unauthorized withdrawal of my money for an unverified alleged debt. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. This has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****. F.H. Cann & Associates, Inc. no account number given, has violated my rights and harass me for an alleged debt i do not have a contract with them and I'm not liable for any debts with this company. 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C ****c. (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years.15 U.S.C. ****s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

      I don't really have a complaint, I'm just trying to get called back to pay my debt before fall term registration closes. I was able to contact the company in the morning but now after work and within their business hours no one is picking up. They did want me to pay over the phone which would have been easier but my sister is helping me pay and she's West Coast so when I called she was sleeping. I sort of feel like they aren't picking up any more because I didn't want to pay right then and there. I'm trying to contact them before doing this but their ******* account is suspended.
