Robocalls to my phone number almost daily (M-F) with messages for a person that is not me. Phone number has been blocked but still receive almost daily calls and messages.

I was contacted by this business about a debt I never knew I had due to being in the US Military. It was for some sort of student loan at a community college that should have been covered by tuition. Upon receiving this news I immediately paid off this debt and this business has listed it inaccurately in all 3 credit bureaus. This report needs to be removed immediately. I have filed disputes with ******** and ********** already.

This company refuses to send me a letter of my account being paid in full. They have withdrawn money from my account 4 times and pretend to not see these payments. I have proof of all 4 payments. They are trying to collect more payments. It seems sketchy and unprofessional.
