Consistent calls from this organization. I received a call Monday (1/27) and mail today (1/29) and they pose as theyre trying to tell you information about your property. That information is solely them looking to buy it. Absolute trash way to muster up business.

We've definitely added your name & address to our Do Not Contact list.

Also, I'm attaching a copy of our postcards where they absolutely state that we buy properties from sellers & the benefits for the sellers.

Whiteacre Properties LLC is mailing out a photo postcard that on the front has a photo of a house and the promotion lines: "Selling a Property is a Big Deal. These home sellers trusted Whiteacre."My complaint is that the photo is my house which is not for sale and hasn't been for sale. And I never heard of Whiteacre until this postcard arrived today. It's FALSE advertising at my expense since the cards have obviously been mailed throughout Dorchester, Greater Boston (and probably online sites.) I called Whiteacre's office in ****** and **** (who answered the phone) said the photo was from ****** and in public domain. That seems wrong and totally misleading to people who see the card. I've never posted a photo of my house online so why should this business be allowed to use it since ****** photographs neigborhood randomly? If it is ********* hate it and the business who uses such without consideration of private home owners.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I'm not surprised since the person at its office was totally unsympathetic  when I contacted them about the issue.

We're local home buyers, that are looking to buy properties in your neighborhood. That's all.

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

The person who wrote the response didn't understand the complaint. My house photo is being used to promote their business of buying houses by peppering neighborhoods with postcards implying that I was a satisfied customer of theirs.

I don't care that they got the photo from ********* there are plenty of other houses they've sold that work so why mine.

    Thanks,

    jan

Whitecare Properties been sending post cards with my house on it requesting to buy, this been going on for quite some time now. I am tired of them sending mail addressed to my mother when I have texted/called them to stop and is not interested. I think it's disrespectful and creepy for an so called reality company to be taking pictures of ones house and then send postcards with their house on it. I've sent a cease and desist by email on 9/12/22 requesting them to stop sending mail to my house. I got a response to my email same day that the address would be removed from their mailing list. Why on October 3rd I received another postcard and I forwarded my cease and desist email to them again, but this time no response. So today 10/24come home from work and there's another postcard in my mailbox from them. I called and a woman answered claiming she would remove the address. I am tired of this nonsense and they need to respect the wishes and remove the address from the list. We're not interested in selling and they need to stop harassing.
