      Purchased a used engine,paid extra for lift gate delivery to home.Engine just showed up with no notice and was dumped at the end of the driveway.called and complained.said they could try to call the company back out to try and move it,but would not be that day. Uncovered the plastic around the engine a noticed alot of oil. The oil filter was crushed and there was a puncture in the oil pan.I called and reported along with pictures. Was told it just looks like a minor dent not a hole. I would never recommend this company to anyone

      I ordered a fender from them at 10:55 AM. They showed 5 in stock. They advertise same day shipping if ordered before 12pm. I ordered from them because I really needed this part quick. They waited over 24hrs to tell me this:Hello,Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the inconvenience.This email is to notify you that the one you purchased from us is still out of stock. The supplier has extended the replenishment date to.At this time, we can:1.) Continue keeping the order on hold until the merchandise has arrived.2.) Cancel the order and issue a refund.Thanks for your understanding. We look forward to hearing from you. Take care.Your reference number: **********Thank you,******* As you can see, they left the replenishment date empty. So no idea how long it'll be. So I ordered another one. At 6:00pm, without confirming I wanted it cancelled they messaged me saying it was shipped! They won't even acknowledge their mistake, saying the mistake was on my end. Their communication is terrible. Obviously the mistake was on their end and mistakes happen. But blaming me makes it so much more frustrating. I definitely will not be dealing with them again.

      Do NOT do business with them! I paid $27 for next day shipping but they said it wouldn't be here for 4 days so had to get a refund so I could order the part from somewhere else for half the cost! Not only did they lie about next day shipping but my refund will be 5-7 business days even though it hasn't been processed by my bank yet! Definitely a bs website. If you need a part in a hurry find somewhere else or you may be up **** creek

      Before ordering from this company, I recommend you to make sure that the part you order is 100% correct for your usage. Have them send you pictures of the part, dimensions of the part, or whatever the way you can verify before you sign the contract. Also, use a reputable credit card in case you need to file a dispute.I ordered a front part of the panoramic moon roof (glass) of a Lexus model. I messaged with a sales person and he said he had one that would fit. Based on his information, I purchased the part. After the purchase, I asked them to send pictures of the part. I should have done that BEFORE the purchase. The pictures showed a different moon roof part than what I needed. AUM still told me it would fit. When the part arrived, I knew it was a wrong part right away.I contacted AUM that it was a wrong part, and was forwarded to another department. I asked to give me a shipping method to return the wrong part. They said they would send one, but for some reasons, they were not able to. I asked for a refund, and they said they would refund since it was the incorrect part. However, they kept delaying the refund processing and return shipment processing for multiple weeks. I text messaged them many times. I called them more than a dozen time and left messages. When I could get hold of them, they said they would process returns and refund money in X number of business days. When the business day X came, no refund and no return processing. After about a month of back and forth and repeating the delay from AUM, I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute.I had to file the evidence of dispute (lots of text message screens, email from them promising the return and refund and the letter of statement from us on what happened). It took a few rounds of back and forth between me, the credit card company and AUM auto parts, but they finally gave up and took responsibility. The credit card company refund us the money when the dispute was filed.

      Ordered 3 door panels, they sent a tracking number pretty quickly. Only 1 tracking number, but I thought ok they are all shipped together. Recieved 1 door panel. Called the company 3 times on 3 different days no answer kept leaving messages with phone number no reply. Sent several emails to the contact us email on thier site no response. A week later recieved other door panels. They have crappy customer service. Would not recommend.

      My recommendation to anyone buying a used engine from AM-Autoparts is this ---- DON'T DO IT!!!!If you buy an engine from them and it is a defective, you will lose because the requirements that you must meet for them to honor the "3-year Warranty is ridicules! Even if you are foolish enough to comply with their warranty requirements, they want you to wait 30 days after they receive the defective parts back before they make a final decision, which may or may not be in your favor.In the mean while here is what you are faced with: 1. You must still pay your mechanic the cost of labor and supplies for installing the defective engine, which they claimed "to the best of our knowledge" was tested before shipping. Notice they they are not certifying that the engine was good prior to shipping. 2. Don't forget the cost of renting a car for at least two weeks, if you have no other transportation. 3. They don't say whether they will pay for the return shipping. 4. If they send you another engine, you must pay your mechanic another fee for removal of the defective and installation of the shipped engine. 5. There is no guaranty that another engine from them will be an better than than the first one. 6. The way the entire contract is worded, you lose even if you comply with everything they say do. I suspect that this is not the first time these people have scammed buyers out of their money and probably want be the last.I hope this review is posted and you read it in time to avoid this scam.One "star" is the lowest rating I can give them and they don't deserve that. I wish they could be awarded a negative five stars. And buy by the way, don't be fooled by the "4.52/5 rating showing on this website. You can pay people to give you a high rating.I will post this warning on every website that I can find.

      I am surprised this business is not yet accredited by BBB. AM-Autoparts (based out of ****** ** and *********** **) has to be one of America's best in offering quality auto parts at great value, unbeatable low prices and most of all, providing excellent customer service to its customers. I bought a set of front struts, lower control arms, tie rod ends, ball joints etc for my Chrysler PT Cruiser from these guys almost 4 years ago. Recently I had some issues (over 4 years later) with the parts wearing out (who knows, maybe due to the difficult road conditions the car is driven on daily on our farm). I contacted their customer service to see if there was anything they could do to assist me. Lo and behold, they not only promptly responded to my e mails, they were exceptionally courteous, attentive and understanding. They were incredibly generous to replace all the parts for me at no cost......all shipped to me for free! I was stunned and speechless. I couldn't believe companies like this still exist in America. In this era of greedy, cut throat, price gouging corporations and rude customer service culture prevalent in many businesses, the few remaining American gems like this company ought to be commended, encouraged and spotlighted. I had procured the parts from their **** storefront 4 years ago. So the **** feedback platform access time frame for the purchase had long expired and closed. I had to search the internet for feedback sites to find somewhere I could leave a feedback, commend and recommend these folks. This is a helluva business, run by a helluva awesome great staff (and I am sure owners). Highly recommended. 5 stars!!!

      My part delivered a day early; turned out to be the wrong part but they immediately shipped a new one and sent me a return label for the mistake. Ive made multiple purchases from AM Auto parts in the past, and they are on my EBay favorite sellers list.

      I would give a lower rating if possible. Delivery was a breeze but the product that arrived was trash. I ordered a transmission from these guys and got it installed by a reputable transmission shop in my hometown. The vehicle went for about 700 miles before the transmission completely slipped to where it wasn't drivable anymore. They claim to offer a 3 year warranty but when you read the fine print, they require you get the following done within 15 days of receiving the product: The parts listed below are required to be changed when transmission is installed to satisfy warranty. retail receipts for each part listed below will be required to make a warranty claim. Oil Filter Pan gasket Front Seal Axle Seals Tail Shaft Seals (For RWD Transmissions) Flush Line Install transmission cooler New Clutch, pressure plate, Slave Cylinder (Manual transmission) Fully engage torque converter in front pump. Transmission may need to be relearned, reset, or flashed by dealer A diagnostic with codes and all receipts of all requirements are require for a claim to be made.You basically have to spend another 3k for them to honor the warranty. This is purposely intended to deceive the consumer and make it impossible for AM Auto to hold themselves accountable for faulty parts. $2800 later we still are at square one, and they don't seem to be bothered by the inconvenience. Bad for business.
