    Awful business! My first item arrived dirty. They sent me another item of course having a newborn you wash the item before putting it on your child. All of their clothes shrink half the size after first wash. I called to return items for a refund they will not accept them if they are washed because they cant resell them to make more money. My baby could not breathe with the sleep sack on. ******** business needs to be shut down. Scamming a lot of families and customer service is awful and they make it impossible to do a return or get a refund unless it benefits them.

    Horrible customer service and ripping money out of peoples pockets all based on their OWN opinion. ***** a sleep sack that was damaged, I had to pay to ship it back, then they refused to refund me because they said they couldnt resell it. They said they will discard it or I could pay to have them ship it back to me. Craziest policy and worst customer satisfaction policy Ive ever seen. Will tell all my new mom friends to never purchase from this company.
